Return Policy of Sex Dolls

Cancellations & Refunds:
Sex Doll products that are offered for sale via the Website are made-to-order for each Buyer. Accordingly, the following applies to refunds and returns for any Products purchased by a Buyer:
Since our sex dolls are customized products. The doll may be ready for shipment after 24 hours, and you cannot cancel the order afterward. But you can ask for a refund within 24 hours if the doll didn’t ship out.

After a Product is shipped to Buyer, THE SALE IS FINAL, and it cannot be cancelled or returned for any reason.
If any problem is found as you receive the sex doll you ordered, please reject to sign for products.
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
However, after using the products, we can’t accept return any more for TPE sex dolls’ private standard.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the damage is caused by wrong way of using,we can not make the refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We check every product manually before shipment to ensure the item is in perfect condition.
However, if the product you have received is damaged or has manufacturing defects please follow these steps:
1) Email customer support, providing your name, your order number and an explanation of the problem: [email protected]
2) Attach evidence (either photographs or videos) showing the described defects.
3) Allow our team to review the problem and provide a suitable solution that is acceptable to you.
If the problem was caused by us, or the product has any manufacturing defects please rest assured we will take care of it.
Warranty Claims for manufacturing defects must be made within 30 days of product delivery.
Damage resulting from the improper use of the product will not be covered by the Product Warranty.
